Regarding dishwasher pods, you may find pod dust in your small pouches. This is because our products are handcrafted and the pods knocking together can leave a little dust. Do not panic ! Drop this powder at the bottom of your jar, and use it for your dishwasher, it will be as effective as your pod if you don't have any more!

Why haven't I received my order confirmation?

If the confirmation of your order is neither in your main mailbox nor in your spam, contact us, we will check if your details are not incorrect.

Where is my invoice?

The link to your invoice is in the email you received on the day of your order.
