ANNE + NICOLAS + 3 CHILDREN = a pretty blended family animated by DIY
Passionate about DIY and interior decoration, I left my former job as a management controller to found Simple Things.
Nicolas, for his part, is an IT project manager. He accompanies me thanks to his gifts of handyman and cook by realizing all our products.
Our house is full of DIY. We love everything homemade and when we get home, it shows.
My passion is to discover innovative brands with the same values as us.
The trigger that allowed us to create Simple Things
Our library being equipped with many books on DIY,
those around us weren't really surprised when we told them
our project to create a brand for homemade eco-responsible products.
The beginning of our adventure
Our family recipe was not developed in a laboratory
but it has been validated by the laboratory of life and we are proud of it.
What better challenges than making Mr.'s dirty socks clean,
our boy's kimono,
Madame's pretty dresses.
It is in this sense that our family recipe comes from the laboratory of life.
We tested our recipe around us. Our friends and family quickly adopted our products,
even the grandfather who was refractory and who swore only by industrial products!
Faced with so much enthusiasm and positive feedback, we started the markets to introduce our recipe to a greater number of people.
Our customers have been won over by our recipes and their effectiveness.
Nicolas and I thought: “Why not think even bigger? ".
To do this, we launched crowdfunding on Ulule, which was a real success!
Given the success of our homemade laundry detergent, we continued our momentum
by developing dishwasher pods always with the same objective of finding THE effective recipe.
Around discussions around us, we realized that
many people wanted to change their way of consumption but did not necessarily have the time to devote to it.
We have made it our mission to support you
in an ecological transition process.

Simple Things: our adventure continues with the opening of our physical store.
This is an important step for us! We are very happy to announce that since November 2022, Simple Things has opened its physical store. This shop is located in the charming district of Aubes in Montpellier.
We are very proud to see our project take shape, and it is thanks to you, our loyal customers, that we were able to achieve this step. We started this adventure with our house detergent and we have continued to develop our product line to meet your needs and expectations.
With our physical store, we wanted to offer a warm and friendly place where you can come and discover our products, smell them, test them and buy them. We have worked hard to create an atmosphere that reflects our philosophy, which is to promote responsible, ecological and environmentally friendly consumption.
In our shop you will find a wide range of products, all made from natural and ecological raw materials. We have developed our range to meet all your needs, whether for laundry, dishes, cleaning, beauty or even interior decoration.
